The following are GURPS: Battlestar Galactica stats for various alien races found in the Richard Hatch novels.
Dark Centurions are a new breed of Cylon. As well as various upgrades, these new Cylons have a new brain implant which includes the Human Logic Function, based on Baltars brain functions. These give the dark Cylons better speed and reactions, better inteligence and greater piloting and gunnery skills. Unfortunately though, while these Cylons do have greater thinking power it actually slows them down when they have to react to unpredictable situations, such as when dealing with humans. Another reason for this inability to deal with unpredictable situations is the fact that Baltar was the template for the new brain implant. Not being a military warrior, his template has nothing to add, and Baltars view of the human race is as skewed as the Cylons view.
Because of this, the dark Cylons were obsolete before they ever entered their final battle.
They get their name because of the colour of their armour - ebony.

When dealing with an unpredictable situation, the dark Cylon will go last in a turn, after all other living creatures. This is because the Cylon is having to think on that situation and this starts to slow its processes down, which is can not cope with.
Obviously a gamemaster will have to determine what is classified as an unpredictable situation - it will not be a stand up fight down a corridor where the two sides are advancing towards each other, but in a space fight it could be easy to fool the Cylon if the humans start to try and hide or do something unexpected, especially if they have superior numbers.
A typical Chitain warrior (and are there any other kind?) stands just over two metres in height, with a thick tortoise shell covering their torsos, providing natural armour. They have four arms, the upper set ending in three slender digits, able to carry and use equipment - although still sharp enough for use in close combat - the two lower arms are thick and powerful, ending in enormous pincers. Their lower body below the torso is serpentine, enabling them to glide snake like across the sand of their home planet. The trunk ends in a tail, which is carried much like a scorpions tail and ends in a stinger. The head is flat, wide and armoured, sitting low on the shoulders. It contains four thin eyes and a wide mouth filled with teeth.
The torso colour is a deep gray-green colour, the arms are a dark crimson, as is the lower trunk. The Chitain do not wear clothes, but they do ritual scaring on their armoured torso, although this is for artistic reasons as well as tribal.
Despite their size, they are quick creatures. They also retain some of their ancestors borrowing capability and they can borrow below sand, using their streamlined torsos to travel under with some speed.
The Chitain homeworld is a desert world, buffereted with winds and sand. Their buildings are made from the armoured shells of the Chitain themselves.
They are a deadly warlike species, preying on anyone weaker than themselves. They use slaves from conquered races They also have a high level of technology, but when in close combat, they like to use spears, axes and other close combats.
