You turn North, into the New Town. The New Town is still brand new, and this is reflected in that most of the shops are still empty awaiting new owners. Most even have their original wrapping on and wet paint on the walls. Not many people crowd the streets, but there is a certain eagerness in their steps, and there is definitely a sense of something happening in the air.
