Mini-Sub Pictures
On the Car Wars: Flesh pages, I have given some guidelines for designing mini subs, the scourge of the deep depths. And, to make them into something better than deep sea diving bells, I've created them based on a new type of sub that is under development - the Deep Flight subs. Fine.

But for those who (generally like me) are having a hard time accessing their site, what do these subs look like?

Well, to help those who can't get to the site, here are some pictures that I have unashamedly taken from their site. Of course, you have to remember that these are subs from the 1990's, and the ones in 2048 would have a few additions...
Note that all pictures are Copyright Deep Flight Adventures.

The thing to note with all these subs is the streamlining and shape, not at all like standard subs - powered with a decent 2048 engine, these babies could be fast.

This is what I would view as a One man or mini sub.

Other Places to look...
With continuing thanks to Michael P. Owen for supplying these!

SeaQuest subs are built for speed, and they look good too!
I haven't included any pictures here due to copyright and the fact that they seem to have fast access. If you get any problems though, mail me and I'll see what I can do.
