You turn South, into the Old District. What was the main hussle and bussle of the City has now seemed to have lost it's eagerness, and whilst there is still a lot of life here, no one else wants to move in. The shops are still busy, but they are beginnning to look a bit faded around the edges - you notice cobwebs and unfilled in bullet holes. It's beginning to not be safe to move around after dark as strange things are heard prowling the streets, and even the police won't venture out then. Gangs have started sniping from the edges, and the roads aren't in as good repair as you might expect.

Still, The Old District is still the place to be for a lot of material supplies, goods and equipment, and whilst it may not state of the art anymore, it still beats a lot of the new stuff that seems to be flowing from the other towns around the area.
