Image copyright by Kow Yokoyama. The Falke II was developed along the success of the Falke I. It was a larger aircraft carrying more armour and weaponry. In addition, the anti-gravity pods were expanded to allow for greater performance. To increase crew safety and protection, the pilot actually flew the aircraft from a modified SAFS suit that became the cockpit of the Falke II.
