Image copyright by Kow Yokoyama. The HAFS Goblin II is simply a normal HAFS Goblin but with two large rocket pods instead of the usual armament of three rockets and a laser. This does give it more of a punch, especially at long range, but also gives the unit a definite combat endurance.
